What we do
Commercial and residential real estate
We trade in real estate and offer real estate management and development services. We are transforming industrial and commercial sites for the future, promoting economic and social growth through land use. Current projects are:
- Development of a former timber mill into a modern vehicle reconditioning site.
- Logistics area Affi/Costermano.
- Development of a warehouse location in Raubling.
- Development of residential and commercial real estate on the site of a former paper factory in Miebach.
- Logistics space in Döbeln.
